Petroleum storage tank operators must always be prepared to respond to a release. Product releases are an unfortunate and costly occurrence, but we strive to make the process of reporting a release as easy as possible.
If you believe a release has occurred at your site, you should immediately contact the state regulating authority.
Once you’ve submitted a report to the regulator, contact the PMMIC claims department at 833-297-6642.
You will be required to complete and submit an Insurance Claim Form to PMMIC.
