Randy Woodard is CEO and Chairman of the Board for Elliott Oil Company, Ottumwa, Iowa. A graduate of Truman State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Randy is also the President of Elliott Transport Inc. and Elliott Bulk Services. He is the Past Chairman of the PMCI Health Trust and served as a Trustee from 2002-2014. He is former Chairman of the Board and was a member of the Board of Directors of Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Stores of Iowa (now FUELIowa) and is a former member of the Board of Directors of RIN Alliance. He has served on the Ottumwa Regional Health Center Board of Directors and on the Indian Hills Community College Business Advisory Council and is a former member of the Wells Fargo Bank-Ottumwa Board of Directors. He has over 30 years of experience in the petroleum marketing industry. Mr. Woodard has served on the PMMIC board since 2012. He is a member of the Governance and Executive Committees.
